Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that things come up, and I appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
No-shows or cancellations without notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
I understand that certain situations are unexpected and unavoidable. Certain circumstances may be exempt from these fees at my discretion. If you’re feeling unwell or have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
